Bug found that lets you get free ammo with CC and cocoon. (Destiny)

As per umihotaru's post (https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/4jql9g/clown_cartridge_glitch/) Seems there's a glitch whereby cocoon perk on raid weapons can make clown cartridge proc on equipped weapons. I tested using Silence of A'arn and Choleric Dragon which added a rocket to the clip about every 1 in 5 times I heard the cocoon noise. Potentially SGA for PVP, especially the heavy ammo rounds in Trials

Edit 3: got booted back to orbit at 55 for inactivity? Bungo watching?? Tried in PVP with 0 ammo and IT WORKS!

Cozmo acknowledged the issue and said they're aware of it. Confirmed. Who wants to abuse this with me?
