Yet another stupid design decision (Destiny)

Why don't the designers at Bungie think for two seconds before making a design decision?

You can only have one SIVA offering at a time. This in and of itself is a very bad design choice. But guess what? YOU CAN VAULT THEM. That's right, it means you can bypass the limitation by placing them in you vault as you get them, and with the companion app transfer them out as needed.

So not only is it annoying, but it is completely undermined.
