I'm obviously jumping ahead here - just off the preview title - but be careful not to read the Vex intrusion into Oryx's throne as necessarily the *origin* of the Vex, or even their 'first' (whatever that means with Vex) act in the Destiny timeline. It's the first encounter with the Vex by the Hive according to this Book of Sorrow.

Does it even make sense to talk about 'First' with the Vex? What with the nature of time travel in Destiny and all. Aren't they kind of everywhen at once?
