As a vanilla PS4/XB1 owner, I was kind of holding out on Horizon until I got a PS4 Pro. I have a 4K TV but no HDR, so I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't worry about it.
I'm getting a switch and BOTW when I can so I'm in no hurry no matter what though.
Going to go play some DOOM and No Man's Sky now...
