On Preorders: Xbox Live Store now offers Refunds (Destiny)

I would, of course, like to see the purchase time extended to all pre-orders, regardless of how early they were made, with a 14 day window put in place only once a game has been on the marketplace for 14 days, and I'd like to see it expanded to include DLC and season passes (in the case of season passes, I'd say 14 days from the launch of the first content included in the season pass).

I'm curious if the 14 days start when you make the order or when you are charged. Microsoft made the good decision to not charge you until the game comes out fairly recently, so I'm hoping it's the latter.
