Halo on Showtime (Gaming)

I am not sure what to think at this point.

I'm cautiously optimistic. I liked Forward Unto Dawn for what it was (and even Nightfall had it's moments, though few and far between).

It just depends on what the focus is. Halo is a rich universe with lots of potential for interesting stories, and with a good budget behind it, I think it could make a great Sci-Fi show. Look towards ONI secret spy shit and less toward Spartans and the Covenant, and you could probably make an interesting drama series that doesn't need huge special effects budgets.
