Probably the hardest part was when the cycle resets and you have to find your plate again. This is where I think our plate designation strat really fell apart for me. I was always soooo behind because it took me a long time to find my plate. It never caused a wipe, but I stressed out about it. Better communication may have helped, and just doing it more will certainly help.

Yeah, this is definitely where separating by zones instead of symbols really helped. It took no time to identify the missing symbol, run to your zone and call out "one is good" if you had exactly one of the missing symbols or "need a floater at three" if all three plates in your area needed to be activated. This part always went pretty smoothly. It just took us forever to figure out the best way to deal enough damage to get the job done.
