The weekly strike also has extra skulls enabled. This week's has 'Arc Burn.'

I'm assuming Bungie will mix it up in the future and, given their legacy, will eventually dare players to try it with all of the skulls on.

All 'skulls' on would almost be a buff if every burn element is turned on. After wrapping my head around the fallen doing insane damage in the weekly strike, it wasn't that hard if you kept your distance. Arc HMG, fusion rifles, and snipers just wrecked, and also with all of them on everybody's super is guaranteed to be way better.
