Streamline armour and weapon dismantling (Destiny)

Delete this colour and below.

Right now I never keep blue or below: ever.

I do a LOT of button holding and a lot of cleanup. I'd rather not have to.

DOH! I need the option to lock a weapon because I keep a blue scout rifle to pick up ammo.
