Buy it. It sucks but it's bound to get a huge buff since it's so incredibly horrible.

I got this for the Nightfall Tuesday night. It's really interesting. I want it to be super awesome, but it's just not practical for PvE. I'll probably keep playing with it occasionally just because it is so different, but I agree--buff incoming.
