Worth keeping? (Destiny)

Thoughts?

It's interesting how you can settle on and adjust to certain perks. I love outlaw, but I rolled Field Scout and Clown Cartridge on my Timur's Lash. 25% of the time I am rocking a 16 round magazine, so I just flat out don't have to reload that much. I don't miss outlaw at all. In a perfect world I'd get Crowd Control for the last perk, but I'm not spending the motes to try to get that.

I'm thinking my ideal PvE Timur's Lash would be:

Return to Sender
Explosive Rounds
Crowd Control

Return to Sender would effectively bump the mag up to 8 or 9, and I could have the great damage boosting perks instead of field scout.
