A Rare Scout Rifle with the Shoot to Loot(shooting any ammo box picks it up, PERFECT for Nightfalls and Raids) is on sale from the Gunsmith right now. Hurry, there's only 2 hours left to get it!!
Question:Do people ACTUALLY use this perk? Is it worth it to switch to a blue scout rifle, shoot ammo, then switch back to your elemental primary? Seems like way more trouble than just killing dudes and running over the ammo.
This is an honest question.
Only in Nightfalls and Raids. I don't do it, but I know plenty of people that fill their heavy ammo during Crota Hard from thrall corpses, which while Crota is center is very dangerous.
