When I deserve it? Given the huge bugs I'm running into, I'd say that I've been exonerated...

See, and that's what I don't understand, is that it's still a fucked up product. Even if you bought it at 50% off, you still bought a broken product, with money. If you got it used thought craigslist or something, I can kinda see that as better, because you're subsidizing some schmuck's bad buy, but if you bought it thought a retailer, MS gets that money.

They don't deserve that money, they didn't earn it.
