Actually, Mythoclast is treated as a Secondary weapon for bounties and stuff like the Small Arms skull, last I heard, so the "Extra ammo for Secondary weapons" might actually apply to it?

There's no generic "Primary weapons get extra ammo" perk that I know of, anyways, it's all stratified into a certain class of weapon.
