Unable to download Collector's Edition content (PS4) (Destiny)

So I redeemed my code for the collector's edition content through the Playstation website, but it won't download to my PS4. I can see it in my purchase history, but there doesn't seem to be any way to trigger a download. I've tried restarting the game and PS4, no luck.

Any suggestions?
