Requirements for participation in "The Blue Raid":

-Only Blue (Rare) Armor is allowed.
-You must be at least level 26 (preferably, exactly 26).
-Un-ascended Normal mode VoG legendaries, 300 vanilla legendaries, and blue (rare) weapons only.

Good sources for Rare Armor: Run the weekly x3 and transfer all engrams to one character before decoding. Run the Shadow Thief directly from the Moon on the map navigator. Play crucible. Play Prison of Elders 28.
