So I was running through the Daily Mission last night (The Coming War), and I basically wanted the 15 marks for minimum work, so I was rushing. At the end, I was dashing through the final enemies, jumping over them instead of fighting them, and one of the Centurions slammed me just before I got to the ship trigger, and pushed me out over the abyss.
I tried to get back... but couldn't make it. I saw the death screen, everything went black... but instead of respawning back at the last checkpoint and having to run the last section again, it actually gave me the finish! (It also counted the death, which is really bizarre to me. Seems like if I died, I shouldn't have finished... and vice versa.)
