Nice, I love reviews from the technical perspective. Not sure about all the stuff going into it, but running this massive multiplayer game at 30fps is obviously impressive

I was actually really surprised that MGS5 was running at 60fps. DAT TRAILER MUSIC TOO.

No it's not. 30fps is an expected minimum. The multiplayer heavy-lifting is going to be done by bungie's servers. We haven't seen anything local larger than 7 players - that's hardly 'massive' and it's not like we're seeing 25-50 enemies on screen like we saw in Reach so it's obviously asynchronous.

In a single-player game it's a lot easier to control the parameters of how much is going on in any given scene; in a multiplayer game you have less control, and players can do all sorts of things you can't predict.
