Apparently the Challenge is that you have to use a SIVA charge to activate the Clean Rooms every time. The fight is identical otherwise.

You have to activate all 4 rooms (with the siva charges) before killing Vosik
Simple enough, you just use the Bonus SIVA charges that get dropped during DPS to burn an extra room, and you finish him in three phases, unless you can only use a siva charge on a door once per phase (which just extends the fight duration in a lame way.)
Does it work in Hard Mode also? or just Normal?

You can do it in both, but you only get the emblem + ornament from Hard mode, as far as I know.
The challenge is that you have to be worse at the game.

We got it on our 2nd try and the first wipe was just because we didn't close the doors in time.

Also, when aiming your throw at the button with the bomb, aim low because of the arc you put on the bomb when throwing.
