Get legendary marks and buy 380 stuff from the vendors. Then rank up factions, do weekly bounties, and burn 3 of coins. You'll be 390+ in no time, and ready to raid.

Apparently some max light levels have been increased. Blues are bumped to 385, purples are 390, and faction packages and all of Archon's Forge are 400.
