I may have missed something obvious, but all I got from that was "here is some helium". Is there another video with an explanation I've missed somewhere?

The idea--which wasn't explain in the video, but has been covered by countless videos before it--is that if you find a good cluster of chests and resource materials near a loading zone, you can rush over the loading zone and back to have that cluster of materials (and sometimes chests) respawn.
