1. Change Mulligan to unflinching

2. Reduce the zoom

3. Change lightweight to take a knee, or add the effects of take a knee to The Master perk

Remove the "scope glint" effect, because there ain't not scope. :-/

4. Fix rate of fire or impact.

5. Remove red scope glare.

good post on reddit suggested making it a heavy sniper, instead of primary, and have it do massive damage.
