I just checked my hours played on destinystatus.com and added up my play time. I am currently sitting at 731 hours. Holy Crap... That's right at a solid month of play time since release.
How much time have you put in to this game?

I've got a problem, too. I binged over the break, but now I'm back to spending significant energy on figuring out how to fit Destiny into my regular life.
I'm not playing today. That's a start.

So, destiny status gives me 258,
but if I do the math from bungie.net 5d 20h 3m + 9h 52m + 1d 6h 40m ~= 180

I'm guessing that in bungie.net it only counts time in an activity and not in the tower/loading screens. It shows me around 20 days compared to 30 days on destiny status.
Realistically I can not keep up this pace long term if Destiny is supposed to be a 10 year game. Seeing those hours logged makes me want to re-evaluate how I am going about playing. Maybe I need to cut back to just Nightfall/Weekly & Raids/Special Events. Kind of forget about doing nearly every daily bounty on multiple characters.
