I did this last week and it felt awesome. No pics to prove it, but I danced and pointed at all of the people in the tower who were not as awesome as I was in that moment in time.
Did you take the tree route?
Wasn't sure if this was well known; I was just goofing around trying to climb it and realized you could get to the vault from there.

It gave me about 3 seconds and then started counting; strangely enough, chaos was triggering a kill timer when he attempted the float/glitch method with unoudid last night, and the same count wasn't triggering for unoudid.
Looks like more experimenting is required; we need someone else to climb that tree!

I've seen people much higher--I just never cared enough to do anything about it. I just finally found the fan switch last week, and that was out of Googled curiosity.
