Yo. PS4 players here.

My boyfriend and I have no problem accessing Dark Below content. But our roommate keeps getting this message when he tries to access the daily PvP missions.

He's played the Crota raid with no problems, as well as the Eris quest (which he hasn't finished yet). Now he's suddenly locked out of everything. Restarting and relogging in hasn't helped.

What gives?

Probably just needs to finish the Eris quests?

That can't be it, because he's completely locked out of everything DLC related now. It's as if it's no longer recognizing that he bought it.

See if his PS+ is expired. I'm not sure off the top of my head, but it could be possible that it requires PS+ to be active to use.

That's really the only thing I can think of that would hinder content you've already bought.

You should also be able to uninstall the DLC and redownload it via PSN, that might be a possible fix.

Whichever account bought the DLC, set the PS4 as the primary PS4 for that account.
