I sincerely hope that this means that he's getting a promotion. If he's leaving, I hope he's moving on because that is what he is ready to do.
I've admired DeeJ from the start (and felt for him--it's a very tough job).

On the one hand, he takes a lot of crap and handles it with aplomb.
On the other hand, there are community concerns we've had since alpha which haven't ever been addressed.
