Yeah, I know it had its problems. Shotguns with too much range, Thorns everywhere, etc. But there was still something about it. All the gear had more... I don't know... personality? Plus I miss having primary weapons that would actually fire where I aimed them :-/

Same. I just went through and uploaded a couple of Year 1 clips recently, and miss those Good Ol' Days where we could pop Special weapons off willy-nilly, and the game was much faster-paced as a result...

Awesome to watch, but the frame interpolation artifacts were killing me! What software did you use?

After Effects. This was my first time using any kind of frame-smoothing... There are A LOT of kinks I need to work out.

I really need to find a way to slow down time while shooting people in the head. it kind of seems like cheating ;)

Very impressive montage btw! Besides being beautiful to watch, the gameplay was phenomenal also.

Thanks! I try to keep the clips diverse enough to avoid feeling repetitive. I think I need to mix up the subclasses a bit more for the next one :)
