It could also be that Rift was originally called Armament and they later changed the name, but there are still some old medals getting awarded that should have been fixed.

Well, this medal will never be gotten if you're right - you can't take the spark if you kill the person who grabbed it; it just disappears.

Sure, it disappears, but what if you grab the next spark that appears? Perhaps the game treats them as the same spark?

Nobody has earned any of the medals (except for a random one from time to time), and if you look at other medals it implies a gamemode that hasn't dropped yet. If the way you get it is what's described, I'd have a ton of them.

(I actually posted about this sometime around TTK dropped since the medals have been in the medal chest since then).

Which is cool, because it implies we are attacking the Rift.

(The forums don't have HTML open to us per se, so we're limited by the buttons to the right, plus a few hidden tricks. I don't think we can scale pics down, but we can certainly post them as expandable thumbnails when using the button.)

In my crucible medals page on Bungie net, I noticed a medal that references something I've never seen in the game. Anyone know what "The Armament" is?

Uh... I don't know how to scale this image down.. mods? Help!
