<p>I also have the solution to all ammo woes. This will solve everything, including machine guns in skirmish. Ready?</p>
<p>1. Return special ammo on spawn.<br />
2. If you kill someone using a special weapon with your primary and <em>only with your primary</em>, you get their special.<br />
3. If you kill someone using a heavy weapon with your primary weapon or your special weapon (but not your heavy), you get their heavy.<br />
4. More zoom on all snipers across the board.</p>
<p>Try it out Bungie! This allows comebacks and gives teams a chance to prevent ammo hoarding and rampages if they can make good plays, but isn't overpowering because that guy with the machine gun doesn't get ammo drops.</p>
