His connection is getting downstream data just fine (no skipping around, no stutter, no motion corrections) but isn't sending upstream data. This is exactly what I'd imagine a lag-switcher's experience would be, until they flip the switch and all of their damage resolves. Did you guys take a whole bunch of damage from nowhere at the exact time that guy finally died? Hopefully not, because that would mean that the damage referee is working as intended.

Either he's simultaneously uploading a crapton of stuff which hosed only his upstream connection, or he's a cheater.

I can't imagine this guy is a cheater because why would he record himself cheating? Unless he is a stupid cheater. No wait, he is probably a cheater.

Playing IB last night with unoudid, he recorded a few clips so I was browsing the matches from the night and came across an interesting pair:

After seeing that, I'm inclined to have the same reaction as his emote: "WHY?!" Why is he not taking damage? (Why is he not moving?) Why is he a cheating glitching so-n-so?!?!!

He shoots at me, I take NO damage (I don't even appear to react to him, so it's likely those "shots" didn't even register to my console), he then runs right through a grenade and takes NO damage, then attacks 3 different Guardians in quick succession and they act like he's not even there. Which makes me wonder, at least as far as the networking code was concerned; was he?
