I believe the recent patch was meant to enhance the focus fire perk on Suros because no one is using it. Most people are using the Spinning Up perk, but you almost have to be prefiring to get the perk to start to trigger by the time you're downing someone.

I've ALWAYS used the Focus Fire perk - I like hard-hitting over spray-and-play. :)

I haven't really done much with the "spinning up" perk they added, but I'd imagine that's what people are using in Crucible.

All of the armors have pretty weak stats, sadly, although HotPF has Sniper ammo and Solar Armor (which may be guaranteed with that piece, since it's useless on other subclasses).
