Pretty much what I was going to say. I don't have first hand experience with Trials, but I have tested The Stag in PvE and the boost to super recharge is VERY slight. I can't imagine it would be enough to make the deciding difference in Trials very often.

TBH I feel like that particular exotic could use a tweak. The main effect just isn't noticeable enough to matter, even in relatively-safe PvE.
