Forum post here from about 2 hours and 30 minutes ago states it will be updated as more info is available, and has not been updated since posting.

I hope the issues are fixed, but I also hope the help team has their act together... conflicting hopes!!!

Each time I got it the reward was presented the last second before I could leave for orbit. I noticed my bounties, when completed, are extremely lagged. Looks like the server maintenance was more of a disservice.

Currently not giving out any rewards at the end screen, or rep for a win. Wins are not counting for the bounties either. Normal crucible, and the green IB bounties still can be filled.
