In reality it can be anything. And from reach likely aesthetic only. Frame likely new title or faction weapons plus armour and titles. Also if to unlock anything I hope it can be done in reality10 levels or so but fast.

I'm not dismissing that outright (Deus Ex had exp points), but something tells me it's not going to work the same way as in Deus Ex…

I enjoyed the parts about how much they are planning ahead for this game. It is awesome to know that they are laying a lot of groundwork both with the story and with the technology for the game. That is something that definitely seems to have held them back in Halo 2, having to really stretch a lot of what they'd already built.
