I just hope they fix it so I don't have to spend hours upon hours grinding out each subclass.

Yeah, I still haven't finished all my subclasses on my alt characters...

I'm also wondering if they are just going to launch with only 2 subclasses per class like D1, then add the 3rd in a DLC.

The leak before the reveal event said the other 3 subclasses are returning, but who knows for sure.

my guess is that they would be there, and would be all maxed out at the start of D2. Thinking back to the Halo 2 and 3 reveals (new mombasa and the portal), those happened a few missions into the game. If the tower falls part way through the story, you may start out at max light, wrecking enemies in a couple of missions, then head back to the tower, get attacked, and lose your light. you then go on your journey to discover the new subclasses. once you beat the game and free the traveler, you get the D1 subclasses back.

Ohh, good point, I thought I read somewhere the three classes were coming back, but I'm realizing we've seen 1 new subclass for each, one modified sublcass of each, and nothing on the third. I thought i heard hammer bro/palpatine/holy roller were coming back, but maybe not?

Is it weird that it would feel like a big step back to go down to 2?
