Right, but I feel like I remember reading that the playable demos were locked at 60fps. Maybe I'm misremembering or just making that up to match with my assumption that it was 60fps.

Yep, at 4K at at least 60fps (might have been uncapped, not positive). Here's Digital Foundry's analysis:

To clarify - it's uncapped, limited only by the hardware you're playing on.
