Was on the cusp, honestly. I've spent hours on the phone in the last few days trying to resolve this. I normally sing praises about BB, but honestly their preorder payment system is the one area I've run into trouble with too frequently.</p>

I ran into this with my Xbox One preorder.  I kept going back and forth with BBY telling me it was an issue with my bank, and my bank telling me they weren't even seeing a transaction attempt, but there's no reason it wouldn't process if one tried to go through.  Eventually, I had to call BBY, then three-way-call the bank, and I let the two of them fight it out until one of them eventually fixed it (pretty sure it was Best Buy).  It was hours and hours and hours on the phone, but I got my stupid Xbox :p</p>

Do you have documentation of all of this?  Email communications, etc.?  You may want to get in touch with the folks over at</p>

<p>They do consumer advocacy and will try to help you out (they helped me when AT&amp;T refused to issue me a final bill that clearly showed I had paid my disconnection fees).  It's a free service they provide.</p>

<p>I finally got through to someone who would actually help me to some extent. I was given some store credit that helped recoup some of my costs; recouped the price difference from buying it elsewhere and part of the cost of my impatience in buying a digital copy last night. XD I may sell the disc from my collector's edition and I'll nearly break even.</p>
