I actually get substantially more repeqts on Destination gear (proportionally) than I have gotten with Exotics. I've had 3 repeat exotics.

The problem for me is that no Destination is willing to drop Titan arms and I really want some smaller shoulders.

Don't forget that each Destination has its own unique set of gear. So if you spend a lot of time on a single destination, you're probably more likely to get repeats. Obviously a moot point for exotics, but getting repeat exotics just sounds like Destiny.

I think legendary drops have the same problem. I keep getting the same guns over and over, and I know there are other available guns I have not received. Once I do receive something new, it seems like the next several drops will be the same. I'm starting to wonder if that's intentional.

I've noticed this, too. I have coveted the Philomath gear for my Warlock, but was getting Heiro Camo gear 80-90% of the time. It took me forever to get the full Philomath set. Then I ran with INSANEdrive last night and noticed his awesome High-Minded complex robes, which I'd never seen before. By the end of the night, I had two of them and the Ankaa Seeker robes (which are exactly the same, but with the new cricible bird emblem on them).

I guess I've been lucky. I've only gotten one extra Coldheart and one extra Nezarec's Sin. Infusion!

I think I have gotten 6 Prospectors and no other exotic weapons. Exotic armor is the same helmet and legs over and over.

I think legendary drops have the same problem. I keep getting the same guns over and over, and I know there are other available guns I have not received. Once I do receive something new, it seems like the next several drops will be the same. I'm starting to wonder if that's intentional.

Agreed. Although I complain about not getting new stuff, it's amazing infusion fodder.

Anyone else seeing about 30% of their exotic engrams decrypt to something they already have? I've gotten 3 Mercyless, 3 Celestial Nighthawks, two Coldfusions, two of the arkstrider vests, two doomfangs, etc. It's kind of dissapointing considering all the different stuff that is out there.

I've gotten 5 of the same Titan helmet... I feel you. I can't even remember the name, but that's probably due to emotional trauma.
