looks like if you pick a silver amount at Eververse, and then try to change it to a different amount at the Xbox live shopping screen, you might accidentally buy Destiny 1 silver instead.

Edit: check your purchases on your console. If it says Destiny silver and not Destiny 2 silver, that's the problem.

Dude I'm not going to lie when I tried to change value packs it bugged and it wouldn't change, so I had to reset destiny 2 to get to it and it might have done exactly that. Fuck dude it's weird that that's even a bug that can happen, and in retrospect I shouldn't have gotten so drunk after making this post lmao, but I agree if that's what happened I'll be quite frustrated as well. I'll check what happened on the console when I get back to Australia but here's hoping that's not what went down
