Agreed - the DPS phase is the tough bit. I'd recommend at least one person on add control on the outside edges (with a full stack of protection) that can step into the water as people's protection begins to run out - especially if you're doing it in two phases. At least on normal, it's worth trying to single-phase it.

While not complicated, this challenge is actually pretty hard: Someone must always be standing in the middle pool.

Here's how we did it:

• PLATES: One person standing in the middle to hold the pool.
  
• PLATES: Five people rotating plates.
  
• DAMAGE: Four people do damage.
  
• DAMAGE: Two clear adds/manage "time in the pool"

This allowed us to complete it in two rounds.
