I'm on a whole different computer/browser, And I'm still seeing this on the PS4 version:

The weird thing is that the PS4 version now has an option to specify which version:

And the Xbox still has the New/Used option instead (While only having the Standard and Collector's Option on the dropdown)

This one's on Firefox. Last one was Chrome.

I can't tell you what I'm doing, but I can get to the 'Buy Digital' on all three platforms, as of about 30 seconds ago. There's a lot of jumping around when I click on things. In fact, sometimes it's difficult to get back to the 'Buy New'. But I can see both, right now.

It's doing the same for me. I tried all three. PS4 gives me tons of options to buy stuff like Silver or deluxe (labeled Digital only). Xbox specifically says that it's Standard physical only, and PC doesn't say anything. Can't get it to say Digital. :(

load the links I gave. On the right side, just below the 'Platform' and 'Edition' pull-downs, there's a 'Buy New: 25.95' - that actually changes to a bunch of other stuff if you wait, but even if it does, you can get back to it by using the Platform Pull-down and selecting the platform you started with.

Clicking on 'Buy New' toggles it to 'Buy Digital', at the same price point.

hmmm... doesn't seem to be doing that at the moment. It goes from saying "Buy new" with a selection button beside it to just saying "buy new" with no button. Seems to be locked to physical at the moment, far as I can tell.
