AFAIK, it's only available in the season pass.

I too wanted to buy it separately but the Microsoft store says it's only available in a bundle.

It's available as a stand-alone now. Before the release, you could only get it as part of the season pass, but as soon as the DLC went live, it should be available piecemeal on all platforms. (Btw, this is the way they have always done it).

The Microsoft store wants me to buy the season pass, and the expansion page says it can't be bought separately.
