I must be out of the loop on this. I did have something weird happen to my FWC robe a couple of weeks ago.

Yeah, several Warlock Robes still do this (holdover from D1). The first Eververse robes did it pretty frequently. The Robe of Sekris is the most consistent that it's ever been, though.

I really like that my Warlock gets to wear pants. I'm going to miss that when they fix it.
