Honestly that’s why I said something. I wasn’t entirely clear whether the replies here were just playing along or actually believed it. I’d hate to see folks stop using Sleeper and face a bunch of teams still using in the hopes of starting that quest.

Once people realize this, they'll just stop using sleeper to get the quest and then go right back to sleeper.

Looks like if anyone has Sleeper Simulant equipped you will not get the spawn. But the Spawn rates are very good if you do not. Reports of 3/5 matches spawning the needed Primeval.
