I'm actually having trouble remembering whether FL had a catalyst previously? I'm thinking it didn't, but there are some weapons that are Crucible-only for theirs which I've just learned to ignore. Not sure if it used to be one of those and they changed it.

Any any case, it does have one now, and it looks outstanding. Aside from the perk you mentioned, it also increases reload speed by a large amount, which will help FL out massively for those occasions when you aren't able to proc the instant reload for whatever reason.

catalyst perk reads as " After this weapon fires, the equipped Kinetic and Power weapons gain a brief period of increased handling and accuracy. "

Requires defeating enemies and completing bounties to masterwork
