It's a website that collects a whole lot of stuff from Bungie employees, posted on Reddit/Bnet forums/Twitter/whatever... and it's all compiled by hand.

No clue how long she can keep it up... but for now, it's astoundingly useful.

Yeah, there's a part where she says that the progress for peak activity weapons will now persist season to season.

There are all kinds of little tidbits in there that I never would have known about. Most interesting so far are "We tried to put sparrows on Mercury, but it was causing the game to crash" and "We wanted raid gear to have two mod slots, one normal and one raid-specific, but there were issues we didn't have time to fix."

It's a good thing I don't have much going on at work today ;)
