I interpreted Marty's remark about 4K60 to be about Noodle's animations, not AAA games, but point taken.

Heck I'm only *just now* gaming in 1080p60 and it's absolutely fine.

And just like with the last two generations, I'd have preferred the extra GPU power be used for driving multiple displays/viewports for good coop rather than pushing to 4k or 8k, but...

Re: why there's no 'audio director' in film / TV.

The DGA has strict rules on the use of the term 'director'. There isn't an 'audio director' because that's not an approved 'directing' position.

The DGA made us change someone's credit from "Studio Director" (he ran the audio studio) because it was not an authorized use of the term.

At one point he had a little rant about how graphics are overvalued that would make Cody proud.

He's right about 4K, but not about 60fps :-p

4K makes no difference. 60fps makes a huge difference!
