I wonder if it still counts toward your power level - I was planning on buying the Warlock and Titan exotics on my Hunter this weekend to help them level up. I guess I'll find out.

A week ago, Bungie disabled Vesper of Radius, for a PvP-breaking bug. Yesterday, they said it would be re-enabled next week (Thursday). Today, you can buy it from Xur. You can't USE it - but you can buy it. ;)
