Three Recipes Down! This Is AMAZING!!

(Sorry, I was trying to do a multi-kill pun.)

Of course, with the Dawning going on in full swing, I immediately shifted my hungry eyes to the corresponding section in the book! After careful deliberation, and some really tempting scrumptious Chris—I mean Dawning desserts, I ironically enough, ended back up in the Hangar: Presenting my rendition of Chocolate Ship Cookies!

While the original recipe called for walnuts, I knew this cookie was going to be plenty crunchy enough, so I eschewed them in favor of white chocolate chips to blend in with the dark. My god, it came out amazing!! Biting into it unlocks such a myriad of flavors! It's firm around the edges, but chewy in the middle; it's got a sweet taste of the white chocolate, the stabile and muted dark, a full texture with the oats, and a savory afterthought—like the cookie was sprinkled with salt. One test cookie quickly became four, and with the amount the recipe makes!? We're making the rounds to our neighbors. That includes here, as well—theses cookies are SO good I want people here to try them out. You guys let me know if you're interested and tomorrow I'll upload a scan of the page and hopefully you guys will try this surprising mixture of healthy and happy! (For those worried about their difficulty, this is rated as a Strike{Medium} and save for a couple of items, most of the ingredients are kitchen staples that you likely have. A cake beater is recommended, though!)

My fourth recipe is finished...but I'm still working on it.

Out of curiosity and an itch to create, I ended up filming(amateur disaster) the construction of my first drink: The Dreaming City's Tincture of Queensfoil.

Not as red as the one in the book is...but we'll work on it.
Anyway, at random I made the decision: I'm going to film and produce a tutorial for all the drinks I make in the Destiny cookbook. I'm not sure how many I'm going to make, but it will have instructions and assets(???) from its inspiration.

Expect that coming soon, although unfortunately it'll be after Christmas Day. And I can't promise it between then and New Year's, but I'll hopefully have the next recipe lined up!!

I'll give you a hint: you can either work yourself to death for two years to get it, or you can pre-order Rise of Iron. ;-)
