Ive gotten some pieces from the other Mars strike, if I'm not mistaken. I have run Dust Palace quite a few times, but the drop isn't consistent.

I was telling someone yesterday that it was funny how people were saying that the exclusive content would be crappy, and ditched before level 5... But it's actually pretty awesome gear. I got the Warlock helmet at level 16, and it had light on it, and perks. Pretty sweet deal. Also, the dust Palace strike is a nice change of pace from the Giant bosses, with the ability to knock them off a nice change of strategy.

I CAN tell the xbox players that they aren't missing anything special for the Dust Palace strike- it's pretty boring compared to the other ones, IMO.

Really? I actually like it. The three Psion Flayers with different shield types was a nice change of pace from enormous Ultra bosses in the other ones.

Yeah, and they can actually be killed quickly by blowing them off the ledge with rockets.

In theory they should require a different element of team work, as they each have a different shield color and you ideally want to focus on one at a time- however, even with that and every fireteam I've played with so far, they are enormous bullet sponges, and they weren't very interesting or fun to shoot.

To each their own and all that.

When a bunch of people came here bitching about Phogoth I felt the complete opposite- We didn't have any issues fighting him and while he DID take a while, it was fun.

Having plunked down my money for the "ultimate" Destiny experience on the PS4, I find myself wanting.

Fuck exclusive gear. You won't wear it long enough to care that you have it anyway.

I got one of the exclusive ship blueprints from a chest on Mars, so I agree, it's just added to the potential loot pool. It would be nice if it were a little easier to access, but as with most everything in this game, things need to be a bit more difficult than they need to be.

The Argus armor pieces. Hawkmoon. Monte Carlo. How does one go about acquiring this stuff, anyway? Do you have to play the Dust Palace strike on a harder difficulty? Are they random drops just from playing the game? Do you have to do something else special?
